Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game Masters platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Community Rules & Code of Conduct

All users — including guests — must follow these rules in all parts of the platform, including group chats, in-game chat, usernames, group names, and shared links:

• 🚫 No profanity, hate speech, slurs, or language designed to demean, harass, or intimidate others.
• 🚫 No sharing of explicit, adult-only, or sexually suggestive content.
• 🚫 No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination of any kind.
• 🚫 No harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any player.
• 🚫 No sharing of spam, phishing links, or malicious URLs.
• 🚫 No sharing of WhatsApp links or group invites that lead to inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
• 🚫 No impersonation of other players, groups, or Game Masters staff.
• 🚫 No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to gain unfair advantages.
• ✅ Treat every player with respect, regardless of skill level or background.
• ✅ Keep all shared links (WhatsApp groups, invites, etc.) relevant to gameplay and family-friendly.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Game Masters and group owners/admins reserve the right to:

• Remove any message that violates these rules.
• Remove or ban members from groups for misconduct.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated violations.
• Remove WhatsApp links or other shared content that violates these terms.

Pro account holders who own or admin a group are responsible for moderating their group's content and must enforce these rules within their communities.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Game Masters a royalty-free licence to display it within the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. Do not post anything you would not want seen by a wide audience including minors.

6. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions unlock additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Misuse of Pro features (e.g. sharing inappropriate WhatsApp links) may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service (email, display name, game stats). We do not sell your personal data. Messages in group chats are visible to all group members.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Game Masters is not responsible for user-generated content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
